Accessibility

We target WCAG 2.2 AA: text contrast at least 4.5:1, full keyboard navigation, visible focus states, skip links, labelled form fields, aria-live result announcements and responsive layouts that work down to 320 px. Results never rely on colour alone — every band has a text label.

Report an accessibility issue: support@facerate.co. We treat these as bugs, not feature requests.

Editorial policy

• Every guide is written or reviewed by a human before publication; the WordPress content pipeline keeps its manual approval gate.
• References are checked against named, real publications. We cite sources for context and limitations, never invent precise statistics to sound authoritative.
• We do not publish "you are ugly" style output, ethnicity-based rankings, procedure advice or fake urgency.
• Scores, weights and disclaimers carry version strings; changes are visible, never silent.
