Enter the email you used with Face Rate. We delete your subscriber record, orders, reports, stored scores and matching analytics events synchronously — not after a queue or a "request received" email.

We keep only a hashed deletion receipt (no email address) as proof the deletion happened. Free scans already leave no image behind; Free scans leave no image behind — everything happens on your device. Only numeric scores are kept for 2 hours, then deleted.
